Course: Accompaniment and intervention with older people
OBJECTIVE:
Learn about strategies and tools that enable better communication with the elderly,
enabling an approach and awareness of the reality in which they live and interact.
COURSE CONTENT:
- Raise awareness and encourage self-questioning about negative stereotypes towards older people.
- Understand age-related changes and older people's needs.
- Bring the active ageing and quality of life paradigm closer to participants.
- Learn about strategies and tools for accompanying and intervening with the elderly.
- Come into contact with older people and be able to participate with them in a group session of psychosocial intervention.
