Gender Equality and Inclusion in Higher Education
As every domain of life, educational and professional aspirations vary according to gender. Even though the representation rate of women and girls in Higher Education has risen significantly in recent decades, sexism continues to be one of the main elements that determines current educational systems, generating a gender gap in the different areas of knowledge.
