Lecture by Carlos Pascual: “Navegando el nuevo (des)orden en política, economía, energía”

In a session with students from various degree programmes, Carlos Pascual, Senior Vice President of S&P Global Commodity Insights and Director of Geopolitics and International Affairs, will deliver a lecture entitled: “Navegando el nuevo (des)orden en política, economía, energía”.

A leader in senior positions across industry, government, and public policy institutions addressing national security, energy geopolitics, and economic and trade development, he has served as the US and Ukrainian ambassador. He led the creation of two new State Department offices (on energy and conflict), oversaw international research and foreign policy at the Brookings Institution, and is the author of four books and dozens of articles. In his current role, he advises companies and governments on integrating geopolitical considerations into technical, commercial, and investment perspectives for energy and related supply chains.
