III University Feminist Self-Defence Conference

On Friday 7 May, the III University Feminist Self-Defence Conference will take place from 09:15 to 13:45 in the University’s Auditorium.

The event will feature a lecture by Raquel Royo Prieto and a presentation by Libe Auregui Matariaga. In addition, students from a feminist self-defence workshop will share their personal experiences. The conference will continue with a lecture by Andrea Pérez, moderated by Itziar Gandarias Goikoetxea.

The event will end with a roundtable discussion on the role of men in combating sexual violence, with contributions from Ibai Fresnedo, Marra Junior and Juanma Feito, moderated by Ane Navarro Martín.
