Chair in Public Procurement Law. Seminar: “Integrity and Transparency in Public Procurement: Future Challenges”
Integrity is one of the core principles of Public Procurement Law, upon which our legislators have established a series of legal mechanisms designed to enable responsible public purchasing that ensures effective competition, transparency, equal treatment, public expenditure control, and the selection of the bid that best serves the public interest, both qualitatively and economically.
This seminar, held within the Chair in Public Procurement Law, University of Deusto–Cuatrecasas, will address the challenges facing public procurement governance from both an administrative and criminal law perspective.
