Dr. José María Gondra Rezola, retired Professor of History of Psychology at the University of the Basque Country and President of the Spanish Society for the History of Psychology (http://sehp.org/wordpress/) will give a lecture entitled "Behaviorist, publicist and social critic: The evolution of John B. Watson" in which will discuss intellectual and personal evolution of one of the most influential psychologist of the American psychology of the early twentieth century. The conference is based on an article of the same title “Behaviorist, publicist, and social critics: the evolution of John B. Watson” published in 2014, in Review of History of Psychology (Revista de Historia de la Psicología http://www.revistahistoriapsicologia.es/). The people interested in this topic can also see the last article written by Watson (never published before) titled “Why I don’t commit suicide” published for first time in 2014 in Review of History of Psychology, and in Bulletin of Spanish Society of History of Psychology (http://sehp.org/wordpress/?page_id=220) in a translated version to Spanish.
