You are warmly invited to the session “From management to the board: Key learning for a smooth transition”, designed to explore what truly makes a difference when performing a board role with competence, judgement and purpose.

• What factors facilitate a smooth transition from executive positions to board roles?
• Why has specialised training become a cornerstone for approaching this challenge with preparation and vision?

To address these and other questions, we will hear from two leading experts in corporate governance:
