Debate on the European Union’s Economic Diplomacy

On February 25 at 16:45h, the University of Deusto, in Bilbao, will host an event focused on the external action of the European Union. Under the title “Europe's Dilemma: EU Economic Diplomacy”, this initiative seeks to promote an open dialogue on the role of economic diplomacy in the current context. The meeting, organized within the framework of the Master's Degree in International Relations and Business Diplomacy, will include the participation of Oihane Agirregoitia, MEP, and is designed as a participatory event in which the EU's external strategy and its impact on citizens will be debated. In recent years, international events have generated a growing social mobilization, especially among young people. For this reason, Talent for the Future has conducted a survey of more than 2,000 young people from all over Spain to find out their perception of European foreign policy and their expectations for the future. The results reflect a clear opinion on the part of the youth, and the main conclusions of this research will be shared during the event.
