In this Deustalks, we will address the industrial future, analyse what is coming ahead, young managers’ mindsets, the need for transformation by technology, which in some cases is only an act of faith because the advantages in terms of return on investment are not clear. This fact cripples projects and implementations of these new technologies in many companies and is a hindrance for the attraction of talent, with the lack of qualified personnel, covid and its effects and the stresses of everyday life. And we should not forget the European funds for recovery and the establishment of basic principles for a reindustrialisation strategy for the future.
