This session presents a diagnosis of the main challenges faced by the Latin american region. We will explore solutions or keys offered by Higher Eduction Institutions - specifically from the researchers and academics perspective- as a changing agents for development.
In this context, we present the Cátedra Unesco de Recursos Humanos offered by Univresity of Deusto and funded by Banco Santander. PhD researchers awarded by the Catedra will share their experiences.
