On Thursday, March 20, at 6:30 PM at the Itsasmuseum Bilbao, where the "Silver Tray of the Regatta" will be on display, the conditions of THE CHALLENGE will be set, under which the Ingenieros-Deusto Regatta Tray will be put back into play, with the presence of the university centers' sponsors.
