In this conference, Anton Arriola, President of Kutxabank, will present the Benetan Plan 2025–2027, an ambitious and transformative process that will unfold over the next three years with three main pillars: the client, digital transformation, and people. The plan aims for a net growth of over 100,000 new individual clients, enhanced service, and a strong commitment to industry and business, including a 30% increase in business clients. Investment in digitalization will exceed 620 million euros, which is 78% more than the amount allocated in the 2022–2024 Strategic Plan. The focus on people and talent will be reflected in the hiring of more than 450 professionals. The Benetan Plan 2025–2027 will act as a driving force to strengthen the bank’s positioning, boost innovation, and promote proactive responses to market challenges.
