Opening of 2015-2016 academic year

The opening of the academic year 2015-2016 will be held on Monday, 14 September, at Loiola Centrum, San Sebastian campus. This formal ceremony will start with a mass at 10:30, by the Bishop of San Sebastian, José Ignacio Munilla. It will be followed by an academic ceremony at 12:00, which will include the reading of the 2014-2015 annual report, an opening lecture on “Las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación como eje de la solución a los retos sociales de la urbanización y el envejecimiento de la población” by professor Diego López de Ipiña, and an address by the Rector and the President of the Basque Government.
