Asymmetric information and corporate risks
Deusto Business School and Icade Business School, in collaboration with HPE, are pleased to invite you to an event in which we will reflect on and discuss about the risks that can be generated by adversities arising from asymmetries in information. This event will be attended by Juan Manuel Santos-Suarez, advisor to the CNMV, who will offer us the regulator’s point of view, and Meritxell Pérez, Global Director of Investor Relations at Soltec, the first Spanish company to go public in the last two years, who will give a talk from the perspective of private enterprises.
In strict compliance with established health measures, the event will be held at Deusto Business School in Madrid and will be attended by a limited number of people. In order to maximise its dissemination, it will also be broadcast on the University of Deusto’s YouTube channel.
