In the Double Degree in Law plus Labor Relations we train professionals in Labor Law and Social Security prepared to face them. Come and meet us!

Instagram, Twitch, Spotify, Netflix… y ahora ChatGPT and now ChatGPT, what role does law play here?

Instagram is sued for infringing the data protection rights of its users? Can I legally oppose a block or “ban” on Twitch? How much does the author of a song played on Spotify receive? Is it legal to freely use music, video games or movie sequences on my YouTube channel? Can I be sued for a meme? Who owns a work created by ChatGPT? Just when we were beginning to understand and regulate digital technology, the reality of Artificial Intelligence is imposed…

Find out what is the role of law in the digital era from Jon Artatxo, professor of Law + Legal Tech.
