Artificial Intelligence has moved beyond being just a trend to become a crucial competitive advantage. But how can companies transition from strategy to real-world implementation without losing sight of their most valuable asset: talent?

This event, organised by Deusto Business Alumni in collaboration with Accenture and taking place in Madrid under the title Leading with AI: From Strategy to Business Reality, will explore how AI is transforming the business landscape by combining strategic vision, technological innovation, and talent development. We will begin with an inspiring keynote from Accenture on the impact and opportunities of AI in the corporate world, as well as the need to empower teams to lead this technological revolution. Following this, a panel of leaders from various companies will share real case studies of AI implementation, the challenges faced, lessons learned, and how a focus on talent has been key to their success.

This is a unique opportunity for executives, entrepreneurs, and members of Deusto Business Alumni interested in understanding how AI and talent management can create value in their organisations.
