Annual University Theater Showcase: “El Avaro”

Deusto Campus Cultura is pleased to invite you to the annual university theater showcase at the Bilbao campus next Thursday, March 27, at 19:00 in the University’s Paraninfo. This year, the group of students forming the Trikiñuela theater company will stage the comedy “El Avaro,” an adaptation of the play by the playwright Molière, directed by actress Raquel Olmos. This university adaptation recaptures the essence of the Italian commedia dell'arte, a genre that profoundly influenced the construction of the characters and their stage dynamics. You can request your tickets with assigned seating at the general information desk at the Bilbao campus until half an hour before the performance begins.
