What’s on a headhunter’s mind?
At Deusto Business School we are pleased to invite you to an interesting event in which we will delve into the difficult work of headhunters. We will talk about the recruitment criteria they use, the circumstances that arise in the post-COVID-19 era and how this will affect the various candidates.
To answer all these questions, we will have the presence of five representatives from leading companies:

- Anna Martí, from Martin Warwick.
- Puri Paniagua, from Pedersen Partners
- Ignacio Pascual from Alexander Hughes
The event will be chaired by José Luis Romero, former HR General Manager at Iberia, Sanitas and El Corte Ingles.
