The war of aggression against Ukraine and the International Legal Order. Horst Fischer

One year ago, the Russian Federation launched the second phase of its illegal military intervention in Ukraine. Since then, we have witnessed gross and systematic violations of human rights and of Humanitarian Law, war crimes, and destruction of civil infrastructure. Professor Fischer will explore the impact of this conflict in the international legal system established after the Second World War in 1945.
