A distinctive factor in property management: mediation
We would like to invite you to join us for a discussion exploring the realities of neighbourhood disputes from different perspectives and examining how they affect the management of residential properties by property managers. We will consider how the strategic use of appropriate approaches and techniques, together with a professionalised approach to dispute resolution, can transform what is often perceived as a challenge or a source of reduced profitability into an opportunity for success and a new area of professional practice.
