-Javier Roquero. General Manager of Salto Systems. Since its inception in 2001, SALTO was created with the aim of devising a user-friendly and extremely efficient access control system. Today this global company of state-of-the-art access control technology distributes 97% of its sales abroad. Its 31 offices enable its products to reach a total of 90 countries.
-Xabier de la Maza. Co-founder and CEO of The Loaf, “real bread”. The project was born in 2012 as an experiment in containers. They set up the bakery in containers with glass windows, where passers-by could see how they kneaded and baked the bread. Today their bakery is in Astigarraga, and they have premises in Errenteria, Irún, Zarautz, and in Donostia (el Boulevard, Amara, Antiguo, Urbieta and Zurriola).
-Pilar Martinez-Cosentino (will participate via streaming). Cosentino’s Strategy Director. Born in 1979 as Marmoles Cosentino, the Cosentino Group is a global Spanish family business that produces and distributes innovative high-value surfaces. Operating in more than 80 countries, this company has pioneering and leading brands in their respective segments, such as Silestone, Dekon or Sensa by Cosentino.
