He is a subject area expert (Higher Education Management) in Tuning Africa II Project, Visiting Researcher, DITA
Johnson M Ishengoma will present on graduate unemployment and un-employability due lack of competencies and skills required by employers and the labor market and proposes the application of Tuning approach in higher education reforms and course design to enhance graduate competencies and consequently employability in the Tanzania labor market and beyond.
