When firms embark on internationalisation, the focus often lands on external dimensions: which markets to enter, which type of presence to establish, and how to adapt products or services to local demands. Yet, the internal dimensions—people, finances and the organisation of other internal support functions—are equally critical to success.

This event explores the inside-out perspective of internationalisation, delving into the internal tensions and alignment required to support global growth. Through a conceptual introduction and a dynamic roundtable with industry experts, this event will examine how firms can balance internal readiness with external opportunities, ensuring a 360° approach to international expansion.

This event is organised by Deusto Business School and Deusto Business Alumni, with the support of the Vizcaína Aguirre Foundation.
