Mª Asunción Christine Dequilla is a professor at West Visayas State University, Philippines and is the Director of the Center for Teaching Excellence at the Faculty of Education. Having obtained a PhD in applied linguistics from La Salle University and a grant from the Australian prizes in digital literacy Purita P. Bilbao is a graduate professor at West Visayas State University where she also obtained her doctorate in Curriculum, Instruction and Evaluation, and obtained a postgraduate scholarship in Educational Evaluation and Research from the Polytechnic Institute of Virginia and the US State University. UU Both are Visiting Researchers at Deusto International Tuning Academy (Short-Term Visits Scholarship Scheme).
