Modernising the architecture: internationalisation and the logic of Higher Education credit systems

Matete Madiba will present on a research project that explores the differences that emerged in the credit systems behind the Teacher Education programmes from various countries that participated in the Tuning Africa Pilot Project, and their implications on quality of delivery and harmonisation. The exploration moves to an international level and investigates origins of credit systems and the current challenges regions face as they battle with their educational reforms. A different way of looking at the credit allocation is proposed.
