«On an obstacle problem with cohesion» by Borjan Geshkovski

We present a study of Hintermuller et al. (2010) on an obstacle problem for a membrane subject to cohesion forces. We give the precise formulation of the problem, derive necessary and sufficient optimality conditions and present an algorithm for resolving the problem.
