The NOHA Master’s degree will be celebrating its 30th anniversary and to this end, an event will be held at the Ellacuría Room on the Bilbao campus of the University of Deusto on 20 October.

Please note that confirmation is required for both in-person and online attendance for organisational purposes.

  •  Joana Abrisketa Uriarte, Director of the NOHA Master’s Degree at the University of Deusto.
  • Julia González Ferreras, founder of the Master’s programme and former General Secretary of the NOHA Association.
  • Horst Fischer, founder of the Master’s programme and Honorary President of the NOHA Association.

15:20-16:20  |  Roundtable 2: New technologies

  • Luis Enrique Eguren Fernández (2010-2011 graduating class), independent consultant and member of the teaching staff on the Master’s programme at the University of Deusto.
  • Malashree Bhargava (2006-2007 graduating class), UN Women disaster risk reduction advisor.
  • Pilar Diez Arregi (2001-2002 graduating class), Basque Agency for Development Cooperation.
  • Moderator: Cristina Churruca Muguruza, Coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Programme in International Humanitarian Action.
