International Conference: Cooperatives as an employment policy instrument in the face of new challenges in the world of work.
On 4, 5, 6 and 7 October, the CIPERMT research team at the University of Deusto's Institute of Cooperative Studies, in collaboration with Deusto Law School, will be hosting a conference to analyse cooperatives as an instrument of employment policy in the face of the new challenges facing the world of work.
Research areas
- Analyse the contribution of the cooperative model to promote the inclusion of disadvantaged groups in the labour market: migrants, young people, people with disabilities, elderly people and women.
- Analyse the contribution of the cooperative model to adapt work to new technologies.
- Analyse the contribution of the cooperative model to promote environmentally friendly work.
- Analyse the contribution of the cooperative model to ensure adequate social protection.
- Analyse the contribution of the cooperative model in the face of new challenges in the world of work from the perspective of business organisation.
- Analyse administrative strategies for the promotion and encouragement of cooperatives in employment policies, as well as the adaptation of regulations to the creation of quality employment.
