The aim of this seminar is to bring new insights into the meaning and impact of the so-called "Network Society" or "Information Society", as a conceptual framework to explore the intersection between mobilities (migrations/refugees) and the use of various technological tools. The seminar is part of the research work " Integración y Participación de las Asociaciones de Inmigrantes en la Sociedad de la Información” (AsiTIC; Spanish Ministry of Economics and Competitiveness, CSO2012-31999).
