Corporate Entrepreneurship Club with Toni Moreno Planas, Director of Corporate Development at Mediaset Spain and Ad4Ventures

Deusto Business School will be holding a new edition of Deusto Business School’s Corporate Entrepreneurship Club, a permanent forum for discussion and knowledge of the best international practices in open innovation. The club’s commitment is to encourage better change management in big companies with the help of entrepreneurs and innovators.

The forum is usually organised as a business breakfast for some 25 executives from big companies. Each month, an executive openly shares his/her firm’s experience in this relaxed atmosphere.

Toni Moreno Planas

He started his audit career at Deloitte and spent 10 years at PwC in the field of consultancy for transactions between Frankfurt and Madrid. Since 2008 he has worked at Mediaset Spain, where he has been head of the Corporate Development Department, M&A and Ad4Ventures, and has also led special projects, strategic plans and valuations of investee companies. He has been responsible for monitoring the main investments of Mediaset Spain (Endemol, Digital+) and a full member or an observer of several boards of administration including Endemol Group, La Nevera Roja, Netsonic, Deporvillage, Byhours, Wimdu and Westwing.
