Conferencia de Competitividad 2024
The Basque Country Competitiveness Report 2024 focuses on the importance of inclusion as a key axis for territorial development and welfare. In a context of demographic and social changes, the report delves into how the participation of various groups can strengthen the competitiveness of the Basque Country and help solve challenges such as the shortage of talent or generational change.
The analysis approaches inclusion from a multidimensional perspective, exploring how factors such as gender, age or origin impact on people’s access to well-being and their participation in the process of building competitiveness.
Through updated indicators and data, the report offers an accurate diagnosis of the current state of competitiveness and well-being in the Basque Country, as well as recommendations to make the most of the human and social capital of the territory.
The presentation of the report will take place on November 20 at the Competitiveness Conference, to be held at 16:00 at the Artium Museum in Vitoria. During the event we will try to answer the following key questions:
- How does the inclusion of different groups affect the competitiveness and welfare of the Basque Country?
- What challenges and opportunities does the demographic evolution of the Basque Country present?
- How can organizations and companies manage diversity to improve their innovation and productivity?
