Managers with a technical profile have a natural tendency to dwell on product analysis, features, benefits and limitations, leaving customers in the background. This session takes a practical approach to identifying the key processes for a successful product launch, with a special focus on how and why, and to examining how technical profiles can shift from the product perspective to customers’ view.




This session, which will be given by David Ruiz de Olano, will be a good opportunity to find out more about the EMBA and other management programmes designed for technical profiles.

Lecturer Ruiz de Olano is Director of Deusto Business School Executive Programmes (University of Deusto), where he is also a lecturer; PhD in Business Management, University of Turin, EECPCL, Harvard Business School, Master in Management, ESCP European School of Management and BSc in Physics, University of Cantabria. He was formerly director of studies at ESCP European School of Management at its London campus and a teaching staff member. His professional experience includes several financial companies in London, Milan and Paris. He has worked in a number of start-ups financed by private capital and large companies.
