Jorge Navarro Dols, from the Ph.D. program in Business and Territorial Competitiveness, Innovation, and Sustainability, will defend his doctoral dissertation titled, "Rethinking Social Entrepreneurship: Shifting from a Founder-Centric Perspective to a Collective Effort in the Gastronomy Sector in Spain," supervised by José Luis González Pernía.
