Executive Education Breakfast Meetings | Reskilling: keys to adapting teams to a complex and changing environment

The uncertainty we are currently experiencing has a direct impact on the most important asset in organisations: people. In this context, the role of human resources managers is becoming increasingly important and complex, as they are confronted with questions such as:

• What will work be like in the future? Will we stop working in the office?
• How can I ensure that the people in my organisation are trained, and what skills will be most important?
• Will the future be knowmad (neologism used to refer to knowledge nomads)? And how will we develop a lifelong learning culture?
