Deustalks in Madrid on Digital Reputation Management

On 26 February, Deusto Business Alumni, Deusto Business School alumni association, will be holding the second Deustalks session this year in Madrid on Digital Reputation Management, delivered by Alex Rodriguez, Social Media Manager and Online Communication Manager at Inforpress. In his talk, Rodríguez will provide us with an overview on reputation, which will help to explain who to gauge public opinion on the Internet. Some of the concepts he will address include “Social Search”, active listening and monitoring, and online crisis management. This will be accompanied by case examples that will help to illustrate these topics. These talks are designed for all those interested in all that the Internet offers us and the way it can benefit us and our businesses. After the talk, participants will be invited to continue the discussion over drinks and nibbles in a more relaxed way.
