Volunteer Fair

The University of Deusto in collaboration with BizkaiaGara will be holding the Volunteer Fair with the aim of disseminating the values of solidarity and social participation. The fair will provide a space in which the university community can learn about the work carried out by social organisations and can consider taking an active part in one of the different volunteer programmes.

More than 60 volunteer organisations in Biscay will be taking part in the fair.  In addition to the stands of the various social organisations, some other activities will be held in parallel such as conferences, workshops, etc. The aim is to learn more about the work carried out by the social organisations and the social needs to which they provide a response.

PROGRAMME

10:00
Opening of the fair. Over 60 stands with volunteering proposals in the cloister to the Auditorium.
Film-Forum in the Garate Room with Fundación Argia.

11:30
Talk followed by discussion in the Garate Room with BizkaiaGara, for social organisations in Biscay.
Talk followed by discussion with a presentation by Kode 48 at DeustoCampus premises.

12:30
Talk followed by discussion on the European Solidarity Corps by Fundación EDE in the Garate Room.

13:00
Talk followed by discussion at DeustoCampus premises with the Ulertuz Association.

14:00
End of the fair.
