Javierada 2017

The castle in which Saint Francis Javier, co-founder of the Society of Jesus, was born is situated in Javier (Navarra). He was a missioner and left his hometown to turn the rest of the world into his home.

On this occasion, we are taking part in the tradition of many Christians to go on a pilgrimage to Javier. The distance to walk is about 20 kms., and there will be an opportunity to share together, to celebrate and get to know the history, the culture of the area while being in contact with nature.
