What is the Diploma in Culture and Solidarity?

– A leisure training experience.

– A new and different way of studying at the University.

– A programme designed to meet cultural demands.

– A way to promote personal development from a humanistic approach.

– A multigenerational, flexible programme open to all.

– A way to analyse, understand and take action on the different social situations, promoting participation through initiatives based on associations and volunteering.

– An own degree from the University of Deusto

What are its aims?

 

  • Open the university to adults interested in culture, through educational activities that may interest them.
  • Facilitate access to a university degree focused on personal development from a humanistic approach.
  • Disseminate the different fields of participation and solidarity among citizenship.
  • Promote rewarding, meaningful leisure activities, and critical thinking towards the demands of the consumer society.
  • Promote the development of learning autonomy, creativity, communication and capacity.

 

Who is it aimed at?

This programme is designed for all those interested in following a training process, regardless of their age, qualifications and/or previous studies. This is a flexible, exam free course for those interested in acquiring new knowledge other than that in their professional area of expertise, and wish to enrich both culturally and socially.
