The I+E Foundation will be holding the I+E Listen to Innovate Conference next 14 July at Bertelsmann Space in Madrid, where we will share ideas on how to involve customers in innovation processes.
Innovation is opportunity and commitment from all of us and innovation processes do not need to be one-sided. More and more companies opt for involving their customers and listening to them so that their views are key when improving their products, services and processes. Experienced multinationals with a long history operating in Spain explain their REAL EXPERIENCES when it comes to innovating with their customers.
