The reality of notarial practice: A perspective from the competitive exam and the profession

This conference will feature a presentation by Fernando Frías Fontes, who made history by becoming Spain’s youngest notary at just 24 years old and ranking first in his examining board. The event will provide a practical insight into the daily life of a young notary, examining their duties, challenges, and the various branches of law they cover.

It will also delve into the unique legal framework of the profession, where the status of public official coexists with management as a self-employed entrepreneur, and offer a strategic approach to the competitive exam based on the speaker’s outstanding personal experience, including key tips and recommendations.
