Neurosciences, within the sphere of experimental sciences, represent a new research field, which is extremely promising and challenging, and is devoted to the study of the nerve, brain and neural system.
In the third session of this new lecture series on “Science and Religion: Neurosciences and spirituality” Ramón M. Nogués will address the issue of “Religions and Spiritualities in the Public Arena”. He will also present the evolving pattern of religious significance within the general sphere of spiritualities, the brain effects of spiritual and religious practice, and the social approach to this topic from the different social models.
Attendance both to the lecture on 27 May and the seminar on 28 May, which will look into this topic in a little more depth, is free. SEE FULL PROGRAMME
