Second session of UACES Internacional Conference

On Tuesday, 8 September, the second session of UACES International Conference will be held. This session will bring together 600 experts to discuss European issues and will start at 9:00, with a lecture entitled “EU Foreign: Opportunities and Challenges for Global Action”.
Along with the keynote speaker, Mariluz Suárez Castiñeira, from the University of Deusto, other speakers will also include Esther Barbé Izuel, from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Richard Youngs, from Carnegie Europe and Francisco de Borja Lasheras, from the European Council on Foreign Relations.
As in the previous session, a number of roundtable discussions will be held throughout the day to take a closer look at European issues, and at 18:40, all participants will be invited to a buffet lunch at the Maritime Museum.
