Women’s Soccer Week: Careers in Sports

Deusto University joins the celebration of the Women’s Football Week, a great event on women’s soccer to be held in Bilbao from March 24 to 30. It includes activities of all kinds and an ambassador such as the current World Cup and Champions League champion Irene Paredes.

The event, which occupies several cultural and sporting venues in the city (including the San Mamés stadium), aims to make women’s soccer visible and promote its role as a driving force to promote inclusion, equality and the presence of women in leadership positions.

Within this framework, the University hosts the meeting Professions within sport to learn about lesser-known professions within the world of soccer, such as those related to small clubs, health or the world of fashion.
