25th Hermano Garate Academic Debate League
The University of Deusto will host the 25th Hermano Garate Academic Debate from 23 to 25 October. Student teams from different universities will take turns arguing for and against various positions across five debate rounds, in front of a panel of judges comprising Deusto academic staff. The competition is an educational exercise aimed at deepening understanding of current issues while developing and promoting students’ critical thinking skills.
