Forum: Data Intelligence in Service of the Customer
Deusto Business Alumni, in collaboration with BBVA, will host a forum to explore how data intelligence has become a key tool for transforming customer relationships and delivering more personalised, agile, and relevant experiences. The event is titled: Data Intelligence in Service of the Customer.
The event will feature participation from BBVA, Eroski, Euskaltel, and Faes Farma, offering insights from leading companies across different sectors, who will share how they are applying advanced analytics in their business models.
The aim is to create a space for reflection and exchange of experiences across diverse sectors, highlighting the importance of data as a driver of innovation and differentiation in the customer experience.
A panel discussion will take place, featuring:
- Cayetano Gea-Carrasco, Global Head of the Analytics Transformation Unit, BBVA
- Daniel Domínguez, Director of Advanced Analytics, Euskaltel / MásOrange
- Imanol Torres, Head of Data Governance and Advanced Analytics, Eroski
- Jesús López Lobo, Head of Artificial Intelligence, Faes Farma
The discussion will be moderated by José Luis González Pernía, Associate Professor in the Management Department– Deusto Business School.
