Lecture. Miguel Ángel Moratinos Cuyaubé: “¿Es ético primar el derecho al medio ambiente sobre el derecho al desarrollo?”
A new session of the Beato Hermano Garate academic debate league will be held from 30 November to 2 December. This time the debate will focus on an interesting topic: Is it ethical to prioritise the environment over the right to development?
The event will start with an opening lecture by Miguel Ángel Moratinos, Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation between 2004 and 2010.
