We invite you to take part in the Business Summit that will be hosted by Deusto Business Alumni in San Sebastian on Thursday, 29 September, at the Loiola Centrum at 9.00, to celebrate its one hundredth anniversary. The event will focus on: Basque industry and advanced services in the Basque Country as a key driver for post-pandemic recovery.

Programme of the event:

9:00s – Welcome address by Álvaro de la Rica, Dean of Deusto Business School and Agustín Garmendia, president of Deusto Business Alumni.

9:10 Lecture: Mari Jose Aranguren, General Manager of Orkestra and Professor of Economics at the University of Deusto.

9:30 Panel discussions:

Panel 1: Izaskun Larrañaga, CEO of the Lacor-Ibili Group, Miren Loyola Zuloaga, corporate director of Velatia and Jon Uriarte, founding partner of All Iron. It will be moderated by Amaia Ayastuy, Director of Innovation and Channels at Kutxabank.

Panel 2:Ana Beobide, board member of Petronor, Idoia Bengoa, general manager and board member of Talde Gestión, Ignacio Muñoz, CEO of Angulas Aguinaga and Iñigo Ucín, chairman of Mondragón Corporación. It will be moderated by Jon Toledano, partner in charge of the PwC office in San Sebastian.

10.45 Closing ceremony: Arantxa Tapia, Minister of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment of the Basque Government.
