DBA Afterwork with the female board members of Bilbao Athletic Club
On 19 September, Deusto Business Alumni will be holding a DBA Afterwork meeting with all the women who are part of the Athletic Club de Bilbao executive board at the Sala BBK in Bilbao, under the title “Liderazgo femenino empresarial“. This event will run jointly with Kutxabank bank.
The event will be attended by the vice-president, Nerea Ortíz, Manager of BC3 Basque Centre for Climate Change, and members, Laura Ruíz de Azua, Commercial Director of Conservas Arroyabe, Ana Díez, Partner of Management Solutions, Ainhoa Iza, General Manager of Savage Culture, Goizalde Santamarina, Training and Development Manager at IMH Campus consultancy, and Garazi Unibaso, Systems Manager at Grupo Albacora.
During the event, Asier Añibarro, Communications Director of Deusto Business Alumni, will moderate the debate, which will cover various topics such as the importance of female leadership in all areas of society, perception and opportunities, barriers and effective strategies to promote participation, management teams and gender diversity, among others.
The event will end with a cocktail reception, during which the attendees will have the opportunity to talk with all the participants in a more relaxed way, and will be covered by our media partner, Spendin magazine.
