Deusto Business Alumni is pleased to invite you to a talk on ‘The Economic Crisis in SMEs’, which will be held as part of Deusto Business Alumni Forum 2015. Participants will include Juan José Goñi Zabala, Futurcultor, who will give a talk on “Organizaciones innovadoras: Nuevos marcos de trabajo, nuevos valores” and Gonzalo Marco de Juana, Group Controller SALTO SYSTEMS, who will speak about “La innovación en la organización se construye alrededor del ser humano”. This discussion will be chaired by Esteban Vicente, managing partner of ASV Consulting.
It is now clear that science and technology applied to innovative industries and companies are the fuel for economic development that can help ageing Europe to play a leading role faced with globalisation. It is cold comfort to have a high unemployment rate…but seven points lower than the average in Spain. It is not enough to be a half-hearted believer in an environment that does not believe in industry or R+D+i. It is not enough for governments to see the 4th industrial revolution and determinedly set sustained goals such as: 4% of GDP or an industrial network that provides 40% to GDP. Light refreshment will be served following the event.
