On this occasion, we will have the participation of Iñigo López Callejo, Consultant and Trainer in Management Development, Entrepreneurial Development and Organisational Transformation.
Iñigo has been a person with an enormous and “blessed” curiosity since he was a child, and has always been eager to learn and explore. These energies have led him to develop most of his professional career abroad and to live in America, the Far East and, particularly, the Middle East, where he lived for a decade.
During this time “away from home” he has had the opportunity to observe and learn from a variety of people of different races, cultures and religions, and different backgrounds and conditions.
At the same time, he has undergone a profound transformation that has led him to rethink many things and to redefine his way of understanding life and his concept of personal and professional success to a great extent.
In 2017 he moved back to Bilbao with his wife Gwen, and on that same year their first daughter, Alaia, was born. Late in 2019, little Ainara joined the family.
At present, in addition to family and conscious parenting, he also has an important focus on helping others to develop their potential, both in the management and entrepreneurial fields, and is passionate about Leadership and the Transformation of People and Organisational Cultures, through the formation and consolidation of High-Performance Teams.
